C-TPAT is a program led by the US Customs and Border Protection Agency or CBP. C-TPAT stands for Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism, and as such is a program designed to connect the CBP to the international market and strengthen the United States border security. Our goal is to help your company become certified with the CBP and become eligible for many of the other U.S Government-regulated programs available to you.

The Transportation Security Administration's (TSA) Indirect Air Carrier program, or IAC, is a program that has been developed to regulate the transportation of goods on an aircraft. This certification allows companies that wish to further engage themselves indirectly in this process. It also allows companies to be registered within the IAC Program at the cost of having to renew the certification annually and to have a TSA-approved security program set within each company. NVOCC Cerifications are used for marine vessels to participate in commerce with foreign countries and the United States. NVOCC bonds or Ocean Transportation Intermediary (OTI) bonds/ Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) bonds offer an extra sense of security and protection to other companies and countries that are involved in international trade. We offer consulting services in the NVOCC application process with the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC).

A Bonded Warehouse license provides companies with the ability to keep imported goods in spaces within the owners' warehouses for other companies without having to pay for the payments or taxes of the goods. IATA or also known as the International Air Transport Association is a certification for companies that come into contact with various dangerous goods. Whether it is shipping, handling, and/or transporting dangerous goods the law requires that your employees be properly trained and certified according to International Regulations.
